The shape is built on our CPU and handed straight back as an STL. Nothing is stored, nothing is queued, and there is no account.

Bring your own key

Where a cloud generator is configured and you supply your own API key, the run is free and unmetered — we never charge for compute paid for on somebody else’s key.

Questions

Why is image-to-3D unavailable?

Because no GPU worker is reachable from this deployment and no bring-your-own key has been supplied. The API reports that as 402 with the reason, and this page repeats it rather than hiding it behind a spinner. The parametric lane is unaffected and works now.

Is the STL really printable?

Yes — it is a real binary STL from a CAD kernel, not a mesh export of a preview. Print settings are yours; the geometry is closed and manifold for every shape here.
